Majitelka vstřícná, ochotní, předala klíče osobně. Vše nové, čisté. Ke kávovaru by mohly být i kávové kapsle. Do koupelny bych dala poličky nad pračku, na odložení oděvu před koupáním. Dobře zabezpečené místo. Dobré spojení tramvají, 2 zastávky do centra, 3 na nádraží.
Okolí hrozné, špína, nepřizpůsobiví občané, báli jsme se jít večer ven, ale i ve dne to nebylo lepší, bohužel. Ale za to majitelé nemohou. Nevyhovovala nám 1 přikrývka pro dva (americký styl). Jsme dvě kamarádky, ale nechceme spolu spát pod jednou peřinou. Vzala jsem si deku ze skříně. Doporučuji dokoupit přikrývku, aby každý měl svou.

The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom features a modern design with a spacious shower. The building is very modern. The host is responsive and nice.
Cleanliness could be improved (there were long black hairs on the bed and walls). The shower drain was partially clogged, causing water to pool and spread after a few minutes of use.

Квартира чистая, не далеко от вокзала и центра города. Рядом огромный Albert. Остановка трамвая тоже рядом.
Не было фена.
