The David Residence - Venice Luxury Apartment

Modern property with great amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Well connected from the Ferrovia on 4.1/5.1 lines

One of the shower mixers were faulty and hence we couldn’t get the right balance of hot/ cold water (was working on the extremes). The lift is a bit crazy - be very careful about it as you might get stuck

Our stay at The David Residence in Venice was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully designed and furnished with great style and attention to detail. Everything was spotless, comfortable and very well maintained — truly a 10/10 experience. The location is fantastic and made our stay in Venice even more special. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay, and the whole place feels elegant, fresh and welcoming. Estiven was an exceptional host. He was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and always available through messages. Unfortunately, he was not able to welcome us in person, but he made sure that the lady who cleans the apartment came to open it for us, which was very thoughtful and well organized. His communication was excellent from beginning to end. He also kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we appreciated so much, especially because I was there with my friends for a bachelorette celebration and the extra time really meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend The David Residence to anyone visiting Venice. Beautiful apartment, perfect location and an amazing host — everything was perfect!
