Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. Everything was very well organised, and Estiven was exceptionally helpful, responsive and welcoming throughout our stay.

Fantastic spot, lots of room for the family, very modern and sleek (loved the David motif). Estiven was a super helpful host, made arrangements for dinner, was checking in throughout our stay. Would absolutely return. Thank God for the A/C. Venice was hot.

The property was clean and appeared as it did in the photos. Instructions for access to the property were good. Communication with manager was good.
There was only one A/C in the main living area. The bedrooms were hot which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There were portable A/Cs in the bedrooms which unfortunately weren’t working and were unable to be fixed during our stay which made it unpleasant being mid July and very hot.
One of the showers was difficult to use. The hot water was on and off and it’ll the size of the shower was very small.

El alojamiento está muy limpio y organizado y bien localizado . Pero en la descripción del alojamiento decía: aire acondicionado en todas la estancias del apartamento y así no lo era, solo había aire en la sala . Todas las alcobas eran con ventilador y estuvimos en una época: julio en donde hace demasiado calor , contactamos el anfitrión y aceptó su mala información y nos dice que nos iba a reembolsar parte del dinero pero eso NO ha sucedido
No había aire acondicionado en las alcobas y no lo sabíamos porque en la descripción decía que todas la estacionas tenías aire acondicionado lo cual no era cierto
