We had a great time staying at Ca'Nal.The apartment was as advertised...clean, equipped with everything you will need and a perfect location with a fantastic view of the canal. Alberta was a fantastic host communicating with us before our trip with all the information we needed to make our stay in Venice amazing. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were settled in and gave us some great spots to visit during our stay.Would definitely stay at Ca'Nal on our next trip to Venice.

Went to Venice with 2 other couples (3 couples total) to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The location of the apartment was incredible. Off of a small canal that can be reached by private taxi and not far from the public taxi stops. San Marco, the Doge's Palace and the Basilica are 3 minutes away, Rialto Bridge as well. Even though we were on a very busy pedestrian walking path we had no problems sleeping at night. The wooden shutters on the exterior close and block out sound and light. *The manager Alberta was fantastic and very responsive. Before the trip she contacted us to make sure we understood where to go, gave us private taxi information and really tried to make sure we understood about the bathrooms, which were probably my least favorite aspect. *The master bedroom with the burgundy finishings was very, very large and had an ensuite with shower, sink, toilet, bidet *The center bedroom was off of the front hallway and was a nice size and was across the hall from a large double sink bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet. *3rd weird bathroom is directly off of the hallway, next to the large double sink bathroom. This bathroom is functional, but not awesome. It has a sink, shower and also the washing machine. The ceiling is VERY LOW and NO TOILET. Third bedroom is off of the dining room, and is the smallest room, but has a lovely balcony overlooking the canal and bridge. You have to step down two stairs and into the hallway to the bathrooms.

Great location. The place was clean and we appreciated it had a washer. The air conditioning worked great. The rooms were spacious and there are two bathrooms. Although it lists 3 bathrooms, the third one is only a bathtub. The place was perfect for our family. This place has two flights of stairs to get to it. Not ideal if someone has a disability. For our family it wasn’t a problem.

It was easy to walk to St. Marks Square, and the Rialto Bridge. Also easy to get to Teatro La Fenice and the Accademia. We had six guests. Bedrooms were great. Two of the 3 bathrooms were excellent. The third bathroom only has a tub and no toilet, and it only has a six foot ceiling. That made it a bit tougher than expected for the third couple traveling. But overall we enjoyed the property. Cool views from the bedroom and dining room balconies of the canal.

Great spot in a prime location. Short walk to St. Mark’s Square. The VRBO was exceptionally clean which is a major point of emphasis for us. The host was amazing with great recommendations and connections for private taxis to airport. We had an amazing time! Thank you.

Alberta was amazing! Helped us set up personal taxi to and from location and met us as we arrived. Place was very clean and spacious! Alberta was very quick to respond and had helpful tips for the area. Excellent location, would def come back!

We just stayed here for three nights and the property was fantastic! So clean and set up with everything we needed for our group of 7. Communication with Alberta was easy and she always responded quickly and was extremely helpful! We used her recommended private water taxi to arrive from the train station and to depart to the airport and it was definitely the way to do it. The property is in a great location where it was easy to step out the front door and explore the city. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again next time we’re back in Venice!

The apartment was better than expected. Spacious, comfortable and well located. An easy walk from the boat stop from the airport it was hidden down a side street. Generous rooms, large shower rooms and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

The apartment was very good, clean and in a great location. Close to the main attractions in Venice, shops and restaurants. Private Water taxi stop is just a 30 second walk. That helped us with not having to haul our luggage to/ from the apartment. Rialto bridge/Grand canal is a 10 minute walk if you take the public transport. The host was good, check-in was easy.

We loved Ca "Nal it was easy walking distance to many tourist sites. We stayed in Gondola--2d floor apt (no elevator). which had three large bedrooms and was great for three couples with even more room for guests. The sleek well outfitted kitchen and large modern bathrooms have been recently renovated. There are supermarkets close by so we did a lot of cooking in the apartment and went out only for dinner. The apartment was equi-distant between two major vaparettos stops so travelling to other neighborhoods was easy. The owner was very helpful---meeting us on arrival and checking in on us and offering helpful advice and suggestions. Highly recommend. We had a great Stay!

We loved the central location, making it an easy walk to the locations we wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and well laid out for a three bedroom apartment with 7 guests, including 2 children. Alberta, our host, was lovely. She met us the dock and showed us the easiest way to the apartment and to San Marco and introduced us to the accommodation. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Alberta was so sweet. She met us at the pier to walk us through the apartment and answer any questions we had. The location was on a canal with a gondola stop right outside, and was about half way between San Marco and the Rialto Bridge so it was very easy to get everywhere. Wish we could have stayed even longer!!

Having never been to Venice before; one never knows when booking but this was a great location ( halfway between the Square and Rialto) and lovely bright apartment. Plenty of room for the 4 of us with 3 large bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. Each room also had a sofa for extra relaxation space. The kitchen was perfect for a simple breakfast to making dinner (gas cooktop) and large refrigerator. The grocery was just a 5 minute walk. Alberta was a great hostess and met us upon arrival at the Rialto boat dock and walked us back to the flat where she explained everything which ensured we had a great mini break. Highly recommended.
