Location was excellent. Host met us from the water taxi which she had arranged which was great. She was very helpful in talking through the map she provided. Beds comfortable and bedrooms spacious enough and plenty of wardrobe space. Nice living area and kitchen was fine.The main large bathroom was very good. Lovely to have bath robes and slippers provided. Rather an eclectic decor which felt very Venetian.
Some things mentioned in other reviews which have not yet been fixed which is a shame. The shower in the ensuite doesn’t easily drain and also leaked across the floor. The shower in the second bathroom had the most unpleasant smell which even flushing water through did not help. If more than four people stay (can be 8) then you’d have to share wine glasses! ( Presumably some have been broken in the past and not replaced.) Could also do with more mugs - rest of crockery and cutlery absolutely fine. Would have liked doors on the wardrobe in the ensuite bedroom but it was ok. Finally, there is nowhere to hang wet towels which is really challenging. These are relatively minor things which could be easily fixed as otherwise a good apartment with the four fairly equal bedrooms which is difficult to find in such a good location.

A Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent location on a quiet side street, moments away from Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The host was great with communication, met us at the nearest boat stop to guide us to the apartment and gave us maps of Venice to make it as easy as possible for us.
