A Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent location on a quiet side street, moments away from Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The host was great with communication, met us at the nearest boat stop to guide us to the apartment and gave us maps of Venice to make it as easy as possible for us.

The property has the most amazing location and a beautiful garden to visually enjoy! Arianna was super sweet, very informative, and she was super fast to respond to questions. If you take a private boat taxi, take the San Benetto drop off point, it's about a one minute walk to the location. If you take a public boat the drop off is San Angelo and it's about a 5 minute walk. Everywhere is walkable! We went to mass at St. Mark's Sunday morning and my 85 year old mother walked with us. We were a family ranging from 22 to 85 and the set up could not have been any better. There's a grocery store about 2 minutes away; we went to it everyday to purchase wines, breakfast foods (eggs, prosciutto, cereal, milk, etc., and food for complete meals. We were there 5 nights and made 2 fabulous dinners. The family is Italian and everyone loves to cook! It was wonderful! If you have questions just reach out, they will be answered quickly.

Excellent location
Host very helpful re getting to the property and met us on time
Bathrooms were substandard. The spa bath was inoperable and the accompanying shower was dark with non functional accessories. Our shower was tiny with poorly adjusted sliding doors. Our bedroom bedside lamp was non functional with loose wiring.
