This apartment is beautifully designed with all the amenities you need. It's located directly above a gondola stop so you can pop over to San Marco for 2euro. There's a fabulous bar close by called Adagio and a bakery one minute walk for pastries in the morning. The host messaged us while there to see if we needed anything - but we didn't! I would highly recommend this place as it's close to everything and yet out of the noise of the crowds.

It is lovely and modern and all works as expected. Excellent. My only minor things - I would have loved a set of drawers, there was a lot of dust on the glass surfaces - please remind the cleaner to dust them. We got severely bitten with mossies. Maybe we shd have realised….. that is Venice for you - the flat is quiet - WiFi excellent and the water works as you wd expect - having stayed in Venice before may times- that is not always the case!

The location is great and it was clean and the linen and towels were fresh. It was also well decorated and the kitchen, whilst small and not great for actually cooking in, had everything we needed for our daily ham, cheese and fruit brunch.
Despite being told to keep the windows closed to prevent mosquitos getting in, the back of the glazed shower has a huge gap between the ceiling and the wall which allows them to pour in. As soon as you open the bathroom door they get into the apartment. We were bitten to pieces even with plug in preventers all over the place.
The bathroom stank of drains for the entire time we were staying.
