The apartment and location were outstanding. Enrico, our host, was outstanding with helping set up water taxis, storing baggage, and making recommendations. While close to everything, the location makes you feel like a local. We were able to sit on our deck, watch the boat traffic pass by while enjoying a glass of wine. Coffee bar was nearby to enjoy a cappucino and cornetto in the morning. Place was modern, clean, and comfortable. We were a family of 12 and had plenty of room.

We booked both units for our 5 night stay. 8 adults and 6 children 5 of which were under 4.The both units (interconnected) were perfect.Location was great. Could not fault communication 10/10

Enrico was a wonderful host! We arrived by water taxi at the dock of the unit. Highly recommended to start your memorable time in Venice. Location was perfect. 10-15 minute walking distance to San Marco square and Rialto Bridge. Unit was very comfortable and definitely served as a “home away from home” during our time there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for comfortable luxury in this beautiful city.
