Fantastic off island position in a lovely quiet location metres off the redentore vaporetto. Very good breakfast and patio area outside room was also lovely with views across the adjacent church gardens
I’d expect a hotel such as this to have a decent quality in room coffee offer as Nescafé sachets aren’t really good enough. Simple Nespresso machine etc

Clean and conveniently located
The website gives the appearance that you are staying in a suite with balconies/ patios. You are not. It is just a hotel room. There are some beautiful patio areas especially by the water

Loved the location, extremely quiet and beautiful sunrise. The island of Giudecca is more peaceful and less crowded with amazing restaurants like Tratoria Al Cacciatori. Great breakfast too with a variety of options. Room was also very nice with good amenities.
Wish they would provide a robe. I thought everything was perfect however the price was very steep, but it was probably due to the film festival that was happening during my stay. For the price, they should provide a shuttle to the mainland/airport as well.
