Choosing this hotel was absolutely the best decision during our trip to Venice. Beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, and friendly staff, together with the stunning views of Venice—we only regret planning to stay here for just one day.
We even met a staff member who speaks Chinese, and their Chinese was excellent and very warm. It made us feel so welcome and at home in Italy.
In short, we will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Venice. I love Venice so much!

Very clean and cosy during winter. The mattress is very comfortable.
Breakfast table (hot food section) was basically empty and didn’t get refill one hour before the finish time

The property is on a quiet island called Giudecca around 10min away from Piazza San Marco by water-bus. It is easy to cross over to the main island using public transport. The staff at the property is very helpful with 24hr reception. They also have a good breakfast. Place is clean and comfortable.
Lift is quite small, our pushchair barely fit. The gym is also quite small having only 1 bike, 1 treadmill and some weights with not much ventilation.
