Location, cleanliness, money value, apartment size, complete house equipment, view and comfort.
Difficulty with shower (slow watering system), old beds (some are not in good shape), unreachable owner (late responses), we arrived with hanging bed sheets (newly washed), wrong instructions (pre arrival)

The location is amazing, it's next to Charles's bridge.
The apartment can host 10 people, but it's not comfortable for 10 people. There's only one bathroom and most of the beds are cheap quality sofa beds.
