The apartment features a self-check-in system. Keys are located at the apartment address. Instructions will be provided after registration.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.
No parties allowed. Please be mindful of other residents.
Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 08:00, in accordance with local regulations.
Communication is handled via the platform you used for booking.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.
Follow all trash disposal and appliance usage instructions provided in the apartment.
Take care of your keys. If lost, contact the emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 500 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.

The location is perfect for a stay in Old Town. Immerse yourself in the heart of the city close to Prague Castle. A short walk to the Tram and Subway to take you to New Town. Otherwise, a taxi or Bolt can easily get you where you need to go quickly. The apartment has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and wonderful large bathtubs for relaxing at the end of a long day of sightseeing.The host was very responsive to communication. Only difference I encountered was the use of keys which have to be picked up in a separate location prior to your arrival and made us have to coordinate our plans when our group wanted to split up. Not an issue but you may want to request extra keys if possible since there is no code box.Overall. I will want to look for this host again in the future.
