apartment is linked by an internal corridor towards restaurants, casino and the shopping mall. everything is in easy access under one roof. excellent setup.

there's a 24hrs open reception desk. all the staff are extremely nice with big smiles at all times :) there are free of charge facilities such as pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna which was an extra bonus. there's a floor area specially dedicated for these services.... which is spacious to hang around.

The apartment is very well soundproofed. We could not hear any noise from outside, and it felt very private and peaceful during our stay. .. ultra peaceful PRO Max. :) ........... Best accommodation we had during our trip in sri lanka

Beautiful sea view across the lake... its amazing in the nigh time with all sort of lightings and gimmicks. Have a sip of wine in the spacious balcony while enjoying the city lights.
