Colombo, Trizen Luxury Apartments, Sri Lanka

I liked the location. They have a decent gym, which is nice. There are supermarkets nearby. The kitchen was well equipped to do some basic cooking if needed. The living area has good internet, a nice TV, and a balcony overlooking the port city, which is quite nice.

Parking was a hassle. There's no dedicated spot. When I initially drove in, I was told I might not be able to park in the dedicated parking for Tower 3, but later I found a spot. I think check-in could be improved. We have to wait for someone, and the doors are controlled electronically. You could just share the pin, and then the customer can easily check in without having to wait for anyone. That can be improved. The checkout time is 11:00, which is a bit rough because most hotels in Colombo have a checkout time of 12:00. When you check in at 3:00 and check out at 11:00, that is not practical. I have to admit, though, my host did allow us to extend it till 12:00, but I think it should default to 12:00 like any other hotel in Colombo.

Location is perfect. View from the balcony is amazing. Roof top is not that great. Check in process is very lengthy. Lotus tower view is too good. One bathroom is powder since we were 2 couple we had to share 1 shower area.

Nothing.

Super ambience, spoless clean, we 4 friends stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Facilities were excellent, they have a mini kitchen, washing machine etc...

There are no good restaurants nearby, but manageable with KFC

Location, pool, gym, shops nearby and easy access.

Checkin time very late 3 pm and out 11 am. Same complex has 1 pm checkin and out by 12. No toiletries, not enough tea coffee, no tea towels, additional beddings, wireless cannot be connected. Recetion registration pretty crap. Not a family place for me. Parking near moon.
