SkyLounge Apartment 2 Colombo

The location was good and the apartment spacious and light and the beds were very comfortable.

Check in process was complicated and not well communicated. The bathrooms were not properly clean (grime in the shower recess) and no toiletries provided. The kitchen also wasn’t very clean (greasy pots and utensils and there was no toaster. The sofa was very hard and uncomfortable and there were inadequate instructions for the TV.

Centrally located in Colombo downtown. SPAR and Keels hypermarkets on same road and walking distance. Pizza Hut, KFC and a few other restaurants on same road/nearby. Lake facing apartments have great views of the Lotus Tower and Gangaramaya Temple. 5 Km drive to Galle Beach face and Old Dutch Hospital shopping complex.

Wi-Fi was not working/very spotty connection and as a consequence TV didnt work. Informed the caretaker and he did a video call with a gentleman but they were unable to fix. Had to use mobile data as a workaround.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property with a great location. The host was kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The property itself was good, but the customer service could be improved. We experienced an unfriendly and rude attitude from one staff member at the pool, and we also noticed that there was no greeting or welcome when we visited the office. A warmer and more professional approach from the staff would make the overall guest experience much better.”

Location were brilliant .nice viwe from balcony .can see whole city of colombo area . Love the pool. Very cool atmosphere .easy to reach all the main attractions. Close to port city and shoping mall too..plenty of car parking spaces. helpful security .

Check in prosses were very poor . Owner sent me a message with building block , floor and room number with pin code.. But didn't gave me instructions about how to open main digital door... even the receptionist struggle to open the door. Next issue is , air condition dosen't work in main bedroom and second bedroom too .also.cevilin Fan control knob were broken in master bedroom . .there for no fan .decite to sleep sofa in sitting room . . Wifi password not working . Cockroach are in commen bathroom .washing basing were stuck .water not draining .. literally not recommended for long stay . Payment prosses is very poor. . Need to upgrade new payment method .
