The location was good and the apartment was clean, modern and well appointed. The view from the 52 floor was amazing! We had a very comfortable stay at Tri-Zen by Pinnacle. Dinesh was very welcoming and accommodating too. Plenty of room, it was just two of us but you could easily accommodate a small family there.
The only thing was a lack of oven made it very difficult to cook our own meals, which I wasn't expecting due to the options available at the shops. Also to note, you have to pay cash (Sri Lankan Rupees or US dollars which you cant get at the airport) for both the apartment and security deposit. I forgot about the deposit at the end but Dinesh was extremely accommodating with getting that back to us. Digital payment would be much better.

High floor beautiful view , large appartment great stay .
The noisy neighbour we did have a karaoke session happening in the appartment next door past midnight but its beyond the control of the owner of the appartment.
