Sign in process was too long when you have traveled for almost a day

We had a wonderful week‑long stay at La Privé Apartments TRI‑ZEN with our family. Communication with the host was exceptional — responses were incredibly quick, and they were flexible enough to accommodate an early check‑in, which made our arrival so much easier. Throughout our stay, the host remained super responsive to any questions or small issues, and the support from both the host and the building staff was excellent. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything working exactly as intended, including the laundry facilities. It’s a new apartment in a great central location (including many local attrations), with several grocery stores nearby, and we felt very secure thanks to the strong building security and front desk presence.

A couple of minor points: the apartment was slightly smaller than we expected, and there was limited space to hang clothes after washing them. But overall, these were small trade‑offs compared to the convenience, comfort, and service we experienced. In all, La Privé Apartments TRI‑ZEN was a fantastic base for our stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Сильно напугала пожарная сигнализация в 10 вечера. После этого на следующее утро работал только один лифт, пришлось немного подождать. Но это никак не испортило общее впечатление от апартаментов
