Great facilities, clean rooms, good gym and pool access. Affordable and good location

Only 1 keycard provided, and some difficulty coordinating collection and drop off of the keycard at times.

Very nice flat in close proximity to all the things you need to see while in Colombo. The flat is situated on the 35th floor and gives you an outstanding view of Colombo and the Lotus tower. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and a toilet and one washroom with a toilet. The smart tv offered you a wide selection of apps including Netflix and prime video.

It could have been nice to have an extra access card to the front door. As we were two families traveling together we often went out separately and the frontdesk staff was suspicious everytime we wanted to enter the building without the access card. It was only a minor issue though

Langsom og dårlig indtjek - grundet tidligere lejer ikke var ude til tiden….. Spurgte om tidligere tjek in - som skrevet på booking - kl 09.30am, de ville se hvad der kunne lade sig gøre……. Kl 14.00( normal indtjek) fandt de ud af at tidligere lejer ikke var ude hvilket betød at vi først fik lejligheden kl 15.15 og rengøring var gået for hurtigt og var for dårlig - måtte bede om extra rengøring….. Det var ikke noget nøglekort til lejligheden og dermed ikke til lobby dør og heller ikke til fitnesscenter- blev påpeget og lovet et nyt som kom om morgen hvor vi skulle tjekke ud…… Fik dig lidt afslag i pris og senere tjek ud - det hjalp lidt men samlet set ikke helt godt nok. Dog flinke værter……
