The location was really nice and clean and was good for the value for money. It was clean and had the basic necessities you may need to cook something and stay.
The only thing I didn't like was how difficult it was to access the apartment, as there were so many security measures. This is usually fine when it's just two people, but when there are more than two people and each person has to sign in and provide information, it takes forever. Anyways, this isn't a fault of the owner; it's just how Trizen operates. Also, this isn't a negative, but the security deposit caught us a little off guard since it wasn't mentioned before.

It’s located in very convenient place. Staff is very attentive. Comfy beds. Great shower head with nice full flow.
It should be non smoking. I did like the smell as soon as I entered but I got immune to it.

This was my 1st stay at a serviced apartment... The view from the 44th floor was Woww.. cud see the entire colombo.. the apartment is one of the tallest buildings in the area next to the lotus tower 🗼.. it is close to all the imp places.. the landlord was very super helpful in immediately addressing our queries.. when I think about my stay I feel HAPPY in 1 word
