Lovely apartment, very clean and handy location.
We found trying to pay in USD painful, as every bank we approached wouldnt change AUD to USD. Thankfully the owners allowed us to pay in LkR.

The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and functional. Great shower. Good bed. Balcony with view on Colombo. Swimming pool was really great.
We had a rental car and I didn’t tell the host about it so I was not prepared with information. Parking was at the tenth floor (!!!) and it was a hassle because the digital key wasn’t programmed for the tenth floor. The host proposed to sort it out but we only stayed one night so it was not really important. She was very willing to help at all moments. Very kind and perfect English too which is practical. The receptionist was not very useful when filling up the forms for check in so it took me longer than I expected.
