Die Lage war super, das Appartment war ok und die Waschmaschine wurde gleich genutzt.
Leider fiel mehrere Stunden im gesamten Haus das Wasser aus und wir konnten weder Duschen, Hände waschen oder die Toilette nutzen. Der Pool auf dem Dach hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich und es gab einige gefährliche Löcher bei den Abflussrinnen. Da müssen die Kinder extrem aufpassen. Ein wenig Chlor wäre auch nicht schlecht.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant; the place is in a very convenient location.

Sham the manager was more than willing and helpful. I have to mention the tall big guy who is the Security guard he was extremely kind, helpful, and assisted me on many occasions. Thank you.
The smells in the apartment, sink blockage, went to Keils brought air fresheners, drain-no, and other cleaning products, a few other things too, I will notify the Owner in a note quietly.
Sham was helpful when we contacted him, he did try his best to assist at all times.

Location
Very unclean, dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms, no hot water in the shower, toilet seat broken, doors to balcony not working, fridge very noisy, limited toiletries, old hard bath towels, ceiling fan noisy, generally very run down.
