Location worked well for us as we were visiting our daughter on the University East campus rather than the city centre. However, location was also good for city centre, not far out and free secure parking on site enabling decent walk or short bus ride in
Bit of confusion on arrival when there were two key safes, which wasn't explained in welcome email. Very easily fixed though by explaining there are two and to use the one on the right. Car park spaces are difficult to find initially, especially if arriving after dark. Again, easily fixed by additional description on welcome email describing use of car park to the left when looking at the building and spaces are marked by small discs on the kerbline.

Nice clean and Modern
The Emerson Hester is slightly noisy at night and on arrival the Heaters take a while to heat the place up
