Erikseen vuokrattava saunaosasto oli upea. Talossa oli runsaasti nukkumapaikkoja (myös pari moottorisänkyä). Sängyt olivat hyvät nukkua. Sähkölukko oli kätevä käyttää, ei tarvinnut huolehtia avaimista. Persoonallinen ja viihtyisä majoitus, jossa rakentajien kädentaidot tulevat hyvin esille. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
Siivouksen suhteen voisi hieman parantaa, pölyä oli runsaasti siellä täällä. Keittiön varustuksessa oli joitakin puutteita (kuten patalaput/uunikintaat, käsitiskiaine pannuja ym. varten, roskapussit ym.) Sohva vaatisi ehkä päivittämistä uuteen tai edes sohvatyynyt, jotka olivat parhaat päivänsä nähneet.
