It's a really good location to stay in Tokyo. It's close to multiple stations that allow you to get to where you want to go quickly! Also in a cute and quiet neighborhood so it's not super touristy or loud.

新大久保も徒歩圏内にあってアクセスが良く、閑静な住宅街で治安は悪くなさそうで安心できました。設備品もシンプルでオシャレなもので揃えてあり良かったです。
シャワールームが少し狭く感じました。でも2泊の滞在なので許容範囲でした。
