Great location close to Okubo and Shin-Okubo stations. Slightly bigger than business hotels. Free to use washing machine for each apt.
A bit hard to find, no indication on the building. We were on the 1st floor and we had people knocking on our door to ask if this was the place... There's no elevator for the rooms upstairs.

Contact met de host was erg slecht. Ze reageren niet op berichten, alleen als ze iets van je nodig hebben. Het warm water was op na 5 minuten, dus je moest snel zijn. Hierna moest je kort wachten.
Ziet er verder precies uit zoals op de foto. Keuken was goed, voorzien van waterkoker, gas en koelkast. Het oogt schoon, maar als je van dichtbij keek was dit matig. De locatie was wel erg goed. Circa 20 min lopen naar Shinjuku en de eerstvolgende station was <10 min te bereiken.
