The staff were very friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to accommodate guests’ needs. Their attentive and welcoming service made our stay even more enjoyable.
The washing machine was advertised as including detergent, but after washing, our clothes didn’t smell or feel fresh. It seemed like the machine either didn’t dispense the detergent properly or didn’t use it at all.

Great location with nice restaurants around, many supermarkets. The room was all new.
The window couldn't be opened and the air in the small room got very thick. Also, the check-in process - scanning the passport - did not work well. And there were no shelfs or hooks to even put a book or glasses.
