    The main issue was the missing support from the advertised yet nonexistant "24 h reception". We were given emails to get the key from a mailbox, yet the key was missing ... Another person opened the door to the assigned room. And at 2 am. no one from the '24 h reception' replied. We got lucky to find another hotel for the night. The next day, I went by and met a service employee. After translating our reservation problem, she started to knock on each door, looking for a free one. After several trials-and-errors, we got a different one, one another floor, with some less helpfull explanation. Room was of a decent size (as booked), yet other issues came up inside, e.g. microvave filickering as in short-circuit when used, each chair missing half of the screws so one could easily get basculated onto the floor ... no fresh towels or linens during a week's stay, etc. An 1.5 nights compensation pay was promised by Agoda, yet would have prefered a stressless stay. Therefore the conclusion.
