We came to the hotel entrance with little instructions on how to enter the property. With no front desk to speak of, it was hard to see if anyone can help us. Once we finally got inside, the triple bed room I requested and confirmed were not set up but they came the next day to remedy the situation. Overall, good location, close to everything!

I like the area so much, calm while is only 5 mins walk to station. Only 3 station to Shinjuku. The room is clean . . Got kitchen but not enought equipment like bowl. No washing machine but is suitable for short stay.
