    Shinjuku area this price is comfortable for us...although our room they given is 3rd & 4th floor...but acceptable due to is package..only my son shower need to come into my room...for previously comments about noisy from train pass...this no happen to us only my son room can hear..but is acceptable...walking distance can go to center of shinjuku and nearby MRT station

    Very near the Shin Okubu train station that connects with Yamamote line making moving around less train changes. Convenience store Aeon and 7-11 nearby. If arriving before 11pm, the lane leading to the hotel is still bright and busy but after midnight will be very quiet. Did not feel unsafe. Checking in is through a tablet and straight forward. Overall the place met my expectations.

    Bad experience. First with the booking, Agoda agents willingness to asisst is almost non existence. Then SGH send a sms identify as spam for registering before checkin without email to confirm such sms. then the checkin, when dialing for support, no answer. after fumbling with the checkin, the agent support reminded to use the phone for assistance, which was no one pick up prior to v-call with the 'support' agent. the lift is so old school that it cannot handle 2pax, 2 luggages. luckily its only 2nd floor, which was heavily used. imagine waiting for the lift and the other person would have already went into the room! when returning at night, the lane was filled with a crowd, felt intimated and looked over the shoulders after walked SGH. the breeze was the checkout, just pack and go, no turning back.
