Amazing location, cleanliness, and vibes. My friend and I absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Great-sized kitchen, comfy bed, lovely bathroom, and an amazing balcony. The host was amazing at accommodating our late booking (8 pm that night), and very friendly. Would 100% stay here again.
The only issue I had with the apartment was how loud the fridge fan was. However, it wasn't noticeable unless you were in the kitchen/lounge area.

* The location was great as we had an event at a venue that was walking distance
* It was very neat and tidy
* Has an air mattress (has a slow leak in it though, but appreciate the added extra)
* Has a dehumidifier
* There was no air-con
* The dryer was difficult to start - very frustrating
* No dishwashing liquid
* The dishwasher smelt bad - like it hadn’t been used in a while
* Noise carried very loudly from the hallway and outside (had the Police show up due to some unruly weekend behaviour in the carpark)
* It would be nice to have sheer curtains to have some privacy as we could see our neighbours across the way, and vice versa
* The vacuum cleaner is broken
* The dining table and chairs are all wobbly

It was spacious and the location was great being close to everything you needed.
It wasn’t very clean. The two couches were both broken.
