我非常喜欢这个位置，去哪里都很方便，吃饭的选择也超级多！然后房间的布局也很好，住的很舒服

我觉得门口那个self reception在白天的时候那个还挺容易看到的，但是我们那天check in的时候是凌晨2点多，真的黑乎乎的啥也没看到，我看到34B的号码牌，真的没看到34A，我觉得是不是可以装一个亮的号码牌，这样即使晚上也很容易辨识

Clean, tidy and spacious. Easy walking distances to everything in town and public transport links. Easy self check in with lockers to store luggage if needed. 2 large bathrooms.

Very spacious with 2 great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. The views were incredible, especially at night time. Everything you need in Auckland within walking distance or public transport is very easy to get nearby.

Kitchen could do with a few more essentials such as a bowl for salad or a strainer. One tea towel and dishcloth isn't really sufficient for 6 days, same goes for bath towels. Also a few maintenance issues such as doors not closing properly, broken toilet roll handle, toilet flush getting stuck and a few other minor issues

The property was well located in regards to our needs. The Building Manager was extremely helpful despite having no involvement whatsoever in regard to our Booking, our Apartment or Booking.com His after hours assistance, patience and professionalism, both on arrival and departure was greatly appreciated.

Instructions to gain access to the Property were poor and required the assistance of the Building Manager. On Departure there was no key in the outside locked box. Again, we required the assistance of the Building Manager to give us access to the area where the Key Safe is located, to leave the Apartment Keys. The carpet in the Apartment requires to be shampooed. Finally with Cyclone Vaianu approaching Auckland we were advised our flight from Australia could be cancelled. Likewise our planned travel on the Northern Explorer Train was officially cancelled. Via Booking.com we respectfully requested cancellation of our Accommodation at this property and a full refund to be provided. This request, despite the threat of a catastrophic weather event, was rejected outright by the Owner.
