I liked everything. Great setting and location. We'll set within the property. Have stayed before in other rooms but this one was superior...larger with a full fridge, stove, and dishwasher as well as room for a sitting area and table and chairs. Kitchen had everything needed and the bed was so comfortable with quality pillows and sheets. I will stay here again. Im looking into buying the same bed for my home.. it was AMAZING! The room is right across from the indoor gym, pool, sauna and got tub. And a 1 min walk to the lift to the out door facilities which are really lovely and have a beautiful view of the harbour and sky tower. Tennis court is a 30 second walk...the apartment is at the end of the block so nice and private wee out door area with a table and chairs. Big shower and plenty of towels available and the shampoo etc was also really nice and a good brand. Check in was super easy..literally walk into the main enterence and turn left to get the key with the unconventional and then follow the signs to "the tower" which takes you to the apartment portion of the hotel through a short walkway. This is my favorite location in Auckland because everything is so close. Sky drive bus from the airport is a 5 min walk, if that. There are ships and restaurants all around. The viaduct and water front and commercial bay is a 5-10 min walk. Lots of uber and public transport options very close there is also a full woworths supermarket 10 mins awya and smaller "metro" supermarkets within 5 mins. Check out was easy..pack up and go. The app that Zodiack have woth instructions is great and its a little extra to check in early and late of you need to (and theres availability) which you can request through the app really easily and the response is super quick. Highly reccomend.

The internet (wifi) was a little slow at times when streaming.....assuming just due to peak time in a big city but it wasn't a big deal at all..that is the only feedback I can give

spacious and quiet very nice and want to recommend to friends.

key pickup was not comfortable a bit far from the hotel

location was great for touristy stuff

no free or reasonably priced parking anywhere, appliances are a little old and shower bath spout was too short and not enough water pressure
