Your Family Getaway - Rooftop Spa & Pool!

The room was excellent...spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The sauna and lift to the rooftop pool were out of order but we were not previously informed of this. These facilities were advertised and were what attracted us to the property so it was particularly disappointing that they were not available. The instructions to collect the key were very convoluted and required the customer going to a different property where the key box was located. Since parking at the key box building was not possible the process of accessing the property was more difficult and more stressful than any other property we stayed at. The process of returning the key was not straightforward either: you had to remove your car from the car park using the key card, find somewhere else to park the car and then return to your room (ours was on the 5th floor) and leave the key card on the table. All in all a lot of faff!

The rooms were spacious and clean, great location

Their is absolutely no flexibility with regards to check in or check out times or guest numbers, makes it feel very unpersonal

Roof top pool/Spa & the view :D/ Gym Night swim, Also Pools were warm that was a bonus for our night swim.I would highly recommend definitely a family hotel. Annabelle was the best communication was a A+. We will. Differently, be back as a family.

Location was good

The additional verification of full identity required to pick up room keys via a different website. It had net been mentioned at the time of booking so was very unsure if we were being scammed. Also only one lift working so quite a wait sometimes. Also the kitchen sink: area has a bad smell.
