Location
Front bedroom is right on a main road so can be a little noisy. Also that bathroom had an unpleasant smell, possibly from ac vents? Second bed mattress was very firm, may not suit everyone. A mattress topper would help.

Location. Amazing location. Can be noisy at night but so close to CBD.
Cleanliness. We all have OCD, so could not stand some stains on bed covers bed pillows and cushions.
