The studio features a Queen bed and a fold-out super-king-size sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a compact kitchen equipped with the essentials for easy self-catering. Guests enjoy access to an impressive range of shared facilities across the connected Heritage Apartment Tower and Heritage Hotel. Open plan studio: 1 x Queen bed and 1x Super-King-size fold-out sofa-bed.
*Please note - if you require the sofa-bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. The queen bed and sofa bed are in the same space - however there is a divider that you can use to partially divide the areas.
House Rules and Information -
Parking: Parking is not included - however, there is a public parking facility only 2 - 3 minutes walk from the apartment complex.
*Security Cameras: There are security cameras within the complex - but not inside of the apartment itself.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. The apartment must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
