Super clean, spacious and nice. Two things you should know if you want to book. 1 there is no staff. Getting the keys is a lock box to lock box process. Not overly complicated but make sure you get all the instructions. Because there is a code to open the door and then another code to actually get the key and then there’s the key and then putting the key back and all that is kind of a thing. But I will say that because I didn’t know all this ahead of time we had to make a phone call to them to get it sorted out and they did resolve it quickly. It was pretty much my mistake for not knowing all of this ahead of time, but they resolved it very quickly. 2. What they call a city view is not really a city view. It’s a view of the other apartments so if I was ever gonna book this place again, I would definitely get the water view or just know that you’re gonna have no view of anything except the alley and the other apartments.

A good value. Location is great for cruisers. If you are lucky, your cruise will depart from Prince Wharf, which is adjacent to the building. Otherwise, Queen Wharf is a little more than 1/4 mile away. The unit was properly equipped with kitchen stuff, plenty of coffee and tea supplies for about 2 to 3 days. The unit had full laundry facilities, which is a blessing if you traveled several days before arrival, like we did. The advertised photos didn't quite match the looks of our unit and the views weren't quite as appealing, though. There are "luxury" units which may enjoy better views, but not ours. Nevertheless, it's close to everything downtown including the Harbour Sky View and Hop-on Hop-off buses.
