Hotel Lydna Ki'n

Personnel très sympathique, nous avons apprécié les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement et le calme de l’endroit. Il faisait propre dans la chambre.

La piscine n’était pas très propre et le petit déjeuner très limité.

la présence de la clim dans la chambre, la douche fonctionnant particulièrement bien, chambre très bien lavée, une télévision connecté avec divers applications, accueil très professionnel, petit déjeuner tres bon aussi.

un peu loin du centre et de la lagune a pied.

Emplacement au calme mais proche de la ville, logement spacieux et propre

The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. I could not fault the people here as they were great but unfortunately that is where the good things end. Although the effort with the breakfast is a good effort.

I really do not like leaving bad reviews on locally owned hotels but I feel it’s right to highlight the bad areas of this place. - the setup of the hotel is that the windows face into the corridor with anyone standing or walking outside the room making it loud. Which also little to no natural light in the room. - Leaky AC unit, leaking down the wall which was not cleaned. - Towels bad stains and marks on them prior to use. The sheets could also be cleaner. - The floor is concrete so dirt gathers pretty quickly. - Breakfast is a good effort but it is a bit chaotic and a lack of good equipment is very noticeable at breakfast time. I think a continental breakfast on the rooftop would be much better. Our room was also next to the kitchen and it was very loud in the morning. - The location is in a pretty run’ed down area, about a 10 or so minute walk to the main area. I think the bikes should be complementary for hotel guests to cycle into the main area. - We asked for laundry service for our clothes and let’s say they came back with washing powder dried into them, came back in worse state. - the lights in the room are very bright, a lamp would be great as a soft touch.
