El hotel tiene una terraza muuuy bonita, grande, para mi es el mejor spot del hotel, la alberca cómoda igual y rodeada de arboles, de animalitos
Los cuartos están bien para pocas noches, el baño está cómodo
Tienen convenio con un club de playa (Casa china) que es un lugar increíble en Bacalar donde solo por consumir, tienes de las mejores vistas a la laguna
el desayuno muy mínimo... poco más de fruta o pan hubiera estado bien al igual que la presentación. Algunas frutas estaban algo "pasadas" y solo había una barra de pan bimbo(ni siquiera en un plato) y como 4 tazas para café para todo el hotel. Nos dijeron que no hicieron huevos porque habia pocos huespedes.

Bon rapport qualité prix.
Situé dans un quartier calme.
À 15 minutes à pied du centre.
À 2 minutes d'un petit magasin ouvert jusqu'à assez tard.
Possibilité de louer des vélos.
Le personnel est sympathique.
La chambre est spacieuse.
Le coin piscine est bien.
Le ménage est un peu léger (sable au sol).
Présence de nombreuses tâches sur les draps et les serviettes.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant.

The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. I could not fault the people here as they were great but unfortunately that is where the good things end. Although the effort with the breakfast is a good effort.
I really do not like leaving bad reviews on locally owned hotels but I feel it’s right to highlight the bad areas of this place.
- the setup of the hotel is that the windows face into the corridor with anyone standing or walking outside the room making it loud. Which also little to no natural light in the room.
- Leaky AC unit, leaking down the wall which was not cleaned.
- Towels bad stains and marks on them prior to use. The sheets could also be cleaner.
- The floor is concrete so dirt gathers pretty quickly.
- Breakfast is a good effort but it is a bit chaotic and a lack of good equipment is very noticeable at breakfast time. I think a continental breakfast on the rooftop would be much better. Our room was also next to the kitchen and it was very loud in the morning.
- The location is in a pretty run’ed down area, about a 10 or so minute walk to the main area. I think the bikes should be complementary for hotel guests to cycle into the main area.
- We asked for laundry service for our clothes and let’s say they came back with washing powder dried into them, came back in worse state.
- the lights in the room are very bright, a lamp would be great as a soft touch.
