Pretty setting. Picturesque pool. Big clean room. Very very lovely smiley helpful staff even down to the guy on nights who answered the door to me at 5am and gave me my key (I’d booked for the night before cos of arrival time, not that they knew). It is in very quiet area really but just Avenida 3 v close to the lake.
Internet not the very best.

Loved our stay, not our first time in Bacalar, great part of it to stay with kids.
