The Poza Clara staff were amazing and helpful. I advised the hotel it was a bday gift for my wife, and they made a beautiful floral arrangement on the bedding. Thank you!
The associated restaurant was not so good. Food was overcooked and server had a poor attitude. Better to go next door to Ixchel food.

Great sanctuary hotel, close to all amenities. The staff very friendly and helpful always clean air conditioning works perfect. Pool is lovely restaurant on site. Will definitely be going back next year with our group.
