The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities looked great though we never used them.
Our room was across the road from the facility so we felt disconnected to the hostel. We never used any of their facilities or the pool. The room was ok but it was in the front of a locals property and they ran a business opposite our door, so was a bit uncomfortable.

As far as hostels go, this is one of the best we stayed in while travelling South America. Extremely helpful staff who run many day trips and events daily. Comfortable beds, warm showers and good kitchen facilities.

The staff was very friendly. The hostel seems to be very new. We had a private room and it was super big, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well.
There are several different hang out areas so it's a good place to socialize with people.
They took good care that there was no loud music after 12 in the evening so you can get a good rest.
There is a bar in the hostel which is nice -but therefor you are not allowed to bring your own drinks and the prices for drinks at the bar were really high! We were shocked for a hostel for young people they should definitely adjust the prices!
The kitchen should be better equipped!

Stayed in the studio rooms. They were quieter than the main hostel and had plenty of space.
Staff were a bit useless. No breakfast available from the restaurant. Bit of a party hostel.
