Good location, asked for extra pillow and coffee cups and the lady at reception for them straight away. Filter water available.
Could be more storage and drawer space for clothes.

Great location. The bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. I liked having filtered water outside my room.
There was no breakfast included as advertised on Booking .com. Would have liked tea bags in the room instead of just instant coffee. There was too much noise for a day and a half from carpenters working on the balcony as well as people next door walking to and fro from their rooms. The wooden plank floors and heavy doors were very loud, especially at 6:00 am. I would have liked a chair to sit on in the room. In the bathroom, low water flow in the shower and the face bowl didn't drain for a long time.

The staff was wonderful and attentive.
Toilet didn’t flush on arrival and the bathroom door lock broke. It was very hot in the bathroom and my daughter was stuck for about an hour. A locksmith was called but my husband took the door apart before he arrived. We also chose this place over other hotels because it offered breakfast but on arrival we were told they didn’t serve breakfast, the listing was outdated.
