Greatly situated in the centre of town at a really good price

The studio was amazingly clean and close to town centre. The studio had loads of facilities. Amazing in every way . Loved our stay and would stay here again if I go back to Chester.

Location is excellent and the main pro of this property. Heating is also good as the flat easily warms up. The TV can be manoeuvred and has all the streaming services.

Unfortunately, staying in places like this is sort of luck of the draw depending on your neighbours. The neighbouring rooms are very close and have very thin walls. The doors close loudly so people going in and out of the flat will always make a noise. Our neighbouring flat was absolutely atrocious and slammed doors and cupboards from midnight till beyond two the first night (a literal inhuman amount I’m not sure how someone can leave and enter a room so frequently) and invited a woman to stay the second and made even more noise with her till 3am. You can unfortunately hear every sordid detail and we had terrible sleep. For places without a reception it’s really hard to rectify issues like these. I did message the property the first night about it as I was worried some non-residents had actually broken in as the noises were just unbelievable. They responded the next day and checked the cameras and tried discussing the matter with the resident about his behaviour but it did little good for the following night. So, this isn’t all the properties fault, however you just can’t get good sleep with thin walls and no staff around to help. Other issues. The key was a bit dodgy: it’s stiff and gets stuck in the door easily. Also, the room must have a lot of smokers in it because it has seeped into all of the furniture and smells quite strongly. If you want something very central and can sleep through noise in case of bad luck with noisy residents, it would be quite a comfy stay. Wasn’t a good fit for us and made us really tired for our weekend break away.

The flat was clean, comfy and cosy. The use of space is incredibly efficient and the facilities are great for a relatively small place. Location could not be better! Right in the centre without being noisy. Communication with hosts was also very good.

If having a good view is your priority then this might not be the place for you, but that's about it!
