The location was perfect to visit Chester and the University.
Clear instructions on how to get to the car park. The only directions were to the front door. Very happy with the car park when we got to it. Also, instruction on which apartment we were staying in would have been useful.

Great sized studio. Comfy bed. Lovely period features. Everything you needed in the kitchen (but only used the kettle as we ate out).
Perfect location with just a short walk into the City Centre.
Spotlessly clean and really nice furnishings.
Regular emails from agent with directions for getting to car park (really handy video), door codes and to check all was OK.
The building itself is just lovely with so may period features very well.restored.

Bed was comfortable, Chester town centre is lovely
No heating as heating was advertised, no extra blankets,no instructions on how to use the stove/oven, extremely hard to locate parking at apartment, only one bedside lamp, bedside tables too low, no access to window and fresh air, table in the wardrobe so couldn’t hang clothes up tv set on a stupid angle
