Larger and better equipped than I expected. Spacious airy living room with huge tv, fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven, large comfortable bedroom, all situated in a very quiet residential area just a few steps from the canal and walking distance to the university. Staff responded quickly to messages about issues with some blinds and a light. Neither affected the quality of stay. Would happily book again and stay longer next time to fully enjoy the space.
No parking available on site (which would have been a squeeze anyway). Parking on residential streets took a bit of careful manoeuvring as roads are narrow and spaces tight. Avoid the Google maps instruction to take the hairpin bend from Whipcord Lane - it needed an uphill 3 point turn to get round it!

Free parking but it’s limited, got lucky each day.
Not clean, used bar of soap in a grimy puddle in the shower. Half used carton of eggs in the kitchen. Heater on a timer kept shutting off in the middle of the night, ended up awake trying to warm up every night
