Cosy, well equipped flat
Lovely comfortable, well equipped flat, just right for a family of three. Loads of baby equipment which is great! Parks, shops and riverside within walking distance, and a short bus ride to the city centre.
For anyone considering staying with a small child, it's worth knowing that it's more set up for a baby than a toddler: small tight high chair, cot set at baby height rather than full height, so a toddler could potentially climb out (though ours didn't); lots of low hanging pictures and ornaments around the place and a wobbly (broken?) glass table which we had to move out of reach. Also, the buses are quite unreliable: recommend downloading the Arriva app to see live departures, as they often don't run to time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dragon's Den and would definitely book it again.
Good location, a long-ish but very pleasant and easy walk away from the River Dee. The flat is warm, clean, comfortable and well-presented and the owner, while not intrusive, responded quickly and pleasantly to any queries.
The bathroom was very spacious but could do with an update. Moving the washing machine in there would perhaps create space in the small kitchen for a dishwasher, which would have been a big help. We had a bit of a fiddle on arrival trying to get the key safe open; it might be helpful to let people know in advance that the top button needs to be slid downwards, rather than pressed. But we got there in the end!

By far the most appreciated thing was the electric fan
The internet connection was intermittent. The property location is on the corner of a very busy road. We stayed during very hot weather so had to have the windows open at night, and you could hear all the traffic noise

The flat was thoughtfully furnished with lovely finishing touches. Comfy beds and sofas. Small but we'll equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Friendly host.
