Elegant Central Apartment Quiet and Bright

L'appartamento è abbastanza centrale ma ha bisogno di manutenzione. Carina la terrazza.

Forte odore di sifone proveniente dal bagno. Manca lo sportello sotto il lavandino della cucina. Alcune prese in camera da letto sono staccate. Alcuni pannelli delle tende sono in parte staccati. Locale wc distante dal bagno. La prima impressione, entrando, è quella di un appartamento poco curato.

The big terrace was highly appreciated by my husband. Dangerous for our 4 yo daughter, though, we had to keep an eye on her permanently, it's very easy for a child to fall from there.

Some outlets don't work, the terrace isn't illuminated, the kitchen furniture needs some work and the refrigerator needs to be cleaned.

The property is comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely recommend it.

I am a very anal meticulous person. I said that because most people wouldn’t mind the small things. The place was very nice beautiful beautifully laid out. Here’s what I didn’t like the faucet in the kitchen. Take five minutes and a wrench to tighten it down. The cabinet that’s falling off take 10 minutes. A drill and white head screws to put it in place. I take the bed out of the living room. It doesn’t belong. If you want to do something like that purchase a futon. Even if it means going up on the stage just a little bit again the property is beautiful. I’m saying this because I would hate to see a properly like that go down.

L’appartement est bien placé. Il est calme, spacieux et dispose d’une grande terrasse très agréable.

L’appartement est mal entretenu : porte de placard cuisine cassée , une chaise cassée, congélateur non vidé (nourriture et bouteille cassée à l’intérieur). L’appartement n’était pas très propre. Un ménage très superficiel avait été fait. On a même trouvé un faux ongle par terre. Dommage !
