1. 小巧可愛、乾淨整潔 2. 一樓客廳共用空間提供齊全餐具，飲水機還有氣泡水！！！ 3. 整房間遇遺留物品，主動積極聯繫住客，並提供多項領取方式 4. 全程自助入住、簡單方便 5. 一樓有提供入住拖鞋
1. 老屋改建隔音不太好，在二樓的房間洗澡一樓客廳可以聽到非常大聲的水聲 2. 浴室無乾濕分離，建議地板可加隔水裝置，以避免馬桶洗手台區域地板都全濕 3. 樓梯非常窄，不適合帶大行李的旅客 4. 因隔音關係，住宿方規定22.後，房間內都需避免洗澡與大聲活動（類似青旅規定），對多數旅客來說稍嫌嚴格，選擇時需特別注意！

一樓公共空間很舒適,小廚房也維護得很整潔,餐具跟用具一應具全(如果可以提供一捲餐巾紙就更好了)
浴室不是乾濕分離,洗澡後使用廁所會滑,有點危險.

住宿地點位置很好，附近就是文化公園，鄰近有東菜市、噴水池，走路也可以逛，稍微遠一點就騎ubike

住宿地點很方便
需要很小聲，對於有年齡較小的小孩的家庭會比較有壓力，需要時時刻刻提醒10點過後音量需要小聲。這次住宿在訂房時已經有告知此事，同意才付款。本次家庭旅遊的小孩尚能控制音量，半夜吃泡麵也是小心翼翼。
