Die Herbergseltern waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Transport gegeben. Nach Rückkehr von unseren Ausflügen haben wir im Teeladen Tee verkostet.
Es gibt kaum Restaurants in Xiding (außer Hot Pot) , was das Abendessen etwas erschwert, es gibt aber einen Convenience Store der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat.

Great location, right by the bus stop to/from Alishan and Chiayi so easy to get to both spots. Also walking distance to the Tea and Mist trail and Eryanping trail. Good sized room, Japanese toilet and a bath! Huge, varied breakfast to set you up for the day and the most wonderful hosts offering tea tasting and a chat via google translate! They also drove us to the sunset and were always on hand to help out if we had any questions.
It is quite expensive - but that is just the area, we think this is the best value spot you could find!
