We are a family of four travelling around Taiwan and found this place to plan our trip to Alishan. It's located on the mountains, staff are really nice and welcoming and concerned with providing the best experience possible.
Bathroom was a bit tight. Towels too small, but as we arrived late and we didn't want to interrupt the tea ceremony we didn't ask for larger.
Also you need to be aware that places for dinner close very early, so be sure to have an early dinner.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They really accommodated our requests and even helped us with the shower. We really appreciated the electric blanket and the tea tasting session. The bed is comfortable and the room was big. The tea is delicious too!
It's a bit tricky to use the shower. The place is a bit far from restaurants and convenience stores. Most of the establishments close at 7 PM so it's a bit scary and pointless to go out at night.

Great helpful staff, clean, great tea included, main room looks nice
The hot water stopped working and turned cold 3 times during my shower, that was very unpleasant. The bed is quite hard, weird large single use wipes are given instead of real towels, it's less comfortable and wasteful
