月津港燈節步行即達，位置非常好。冷暖氣機效率很好，第一天很熱開冷氣，第二天寒流很冷開暖氣很舒服。 床偏硬但是睡起來很讚不會腰酸背痛，棉被也是好蓋的，一樓共用的廚房有冰箱可以用還有劃分區域給各個房間很貼心。 很乾淨 只要帶牙刷就夠，吹風機可以調整溫、熱兩段，很好用風很大。
隔音極差，半夜可能是客廳還有男人一直聊天非常干擾很吵，聲音從中央的樓梯傳上來，勉強入睡。 小缺點：1.車位沒有保證位置，要自己找。2.Wifi訊號稍微差一點點。 小米電視還看的到前一個房客的YouTube帳號，建議工作人員要手動登出。 價格偏貴
