老闆娘很親切、手作早餐超級豐富又好吃，早上起吃一頓熱騰騰的清粥小菜 真的超幸福
房間設備較舊 有機會可以慢慢改善

房間面積對兩大兩小而言足夠
隔音很差，尤其當其他住戶在客廳聊天未注意音量時，真的很吵。此外，如果下大雨，會從廁所的窗戶（儘管已關閉）傳來很大聲、鐵皮屋般的雨滴拍擊聲響，而廁所窗戶無遮蔽也讓人會擔心隱私的問題（170 cm 身高即可向內探視）。

空間大房間很寬敞，停車不用擔心很多位子，過年河堤旁可以放煙火，躺在床上就可以看得到，廚房設備很齊全，民宿老闆代客會讓人又回家的感覺，回收標示也很清楚
