隔音好不怕吵到房客 很適合家族旅遊
車庫進房門的地方為按摩浴缸的位置及廁所需經過開放空間的按摩浴缸區域及淋浴間 所以有人在洗澡跟泡澡的時候較不方便去廁所

洗澡要往下踏入浴缸，腿腳不好的不方便，房間高低落差處建議多一層警示線
