旅、橙民宿的設備非常新，整體住宿感覺非常舒適，有共用的廚房、客廳，寬敞明亮，可以使用微波爐等設備，冰箱也很大。客房的設備也相當不錯，床的柔軟度適中，對外隔音也相當不錯。由於民宿位於離市中心一小點距離，因此整體寧靜度很高，早上會有蟲鳴鳥叫，相當放鬆的環境！雖然沒有櫃檯，但是入住時間半小時前聯繫，都會有專人服務，整體入住相當輕鬆。鄰近街道也都有不錯的飲食，還有便利商店在附近，方便度也很高。早餐的部分，可以有外送，可以悠閒地吃完早餐再check out，整體很舒適！

管家態度隨和，有問必答。 地點很好停車。 晚上安靜。 附近吃的方便，如果不知道吃什麼，可以詢問管家，會推薦好吃的。 便利商店不遠，走路也可到達。 內部設備佳。 乾淨整潔。

雖然沒有提供早餐，但有提供冰箱、冷熱飲水機、咖啡機及烤箱供住客使用 前一天購買早餐回來加熱後，可以在舒適的公共空間享用 301+302的共用浴室在房外，很特殊的設計 可以提供兩組情侶、2大2小或是兩對夫妻出遊使用 親子空間很舒適
公共空間的照明不足，不太適合親子共讀 門前有提供兩台車停車使用，但沒有引導的情況很容易只能停一台 一樓有一住房，所以使用公共空間時，一點聲響就被放得很大 很難實際進行親子活動的空間
